Responsibilities & Requirements

Who we Are

Network for Good helps small nonprofits cultivate donor relationships and advance their missions with simple, smart fundraising software, personal fundraising coaching, and online resources. As a mission-driven, Certified B Corporation, Network for Good has a legacy of providing trusted support to over 400,000 nonprofit leaders since 2001 and has helped pioneer the online fundraising space, disbursing more than $3 billion to date.

What You’ll Do

As a member of Network for Good’s Coaching team, you will help our software customers, both English and Spanish speaking, as they launch, optimize, execute and sustain their individual giving programs over the course of the year. We are looking for experienced and personable fundraisers from varied geographic locations with a proven record of raising individual gifts. These fundraisers should be comfortable using software and analyzing data. You will collaborate remotely with our small and mid-sized nonprofit customers who are using Network for Good’s donor management system and personal coaching services. Your goal is to ensure their success with using our software to engage stakeholders and grow fundraising.

As a member of our professional services team, you will meet independently with a portfolio of customers for the purpose of guiding their fundraising by educating them on best practices for writing appeals, setting up giving pages, analyzing donor data, and guiding fundraising campaign strategy and execution.  Additionally, you will work closely with our Sales, Success and Product teams to win business and hone our solutions to better fit the market.
