Responsibilities & Requirements

Day to Day:

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be based in our DC office (or remote) and report to EveryAction's Director of Enterprise Nonprofit Sales.  In this role you will be responsible for creating relationships and driving new sales; as well as working across departments internally to ensure client success.


  • Background in software sales with a focus on CRM/Digital Marketing preferred.
  • Be open to a group/team selling sales approach when required.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the nonprofit market and how nonprofits work internally.
  • Demonstrate ability to grow a pipeline in a new market.
  • Expand network and invest in current relationships to drive referrals and open new opportunities.
  • Stay organized with a high attention to detail, including following up on leads, completing RFP’s, and keeping opportunities up to date in our sales tech stack.
  • Effectively represent the company at conferences and other networking events.
  • Client focused and highly organized. 
  • Demonstrate willingness to participate in research and prospecting to develop and nurture list of prospective accounts.
  • Significant active listening, relationship building, and closing strategy skill sets.
  • Solution oriented and works well in teams.
  • Passionate problem solving, project management, logistics, best practices, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to work independently, follow precise team protocols and pay extreme attention to detail.
  • Willing to be flexible and adapt within a growing company and changing environment.
  • Achieve or exceed quota every quarter.
