Are you a passionate innovator looking to harness the power of technology to do more good? You’ve come to the right place. NGP VAN, together with ActionKit and Mobilize, delivers leading technology to Democratic and progressive campaigns as well as nonprofits.
Our parent company, Bonterra, was formed by bringing together leading solutions from CyberGrants, EveryAction, Network for Good, Social Solutions and their respective entities to form the second-largest and fastest-growing social good software company in the world. This collaboration will help NGP VAN accelerate enhancements in our platforms and continue to drive our top three areas of focus: reinforcing the core, committing to innovation, and helping lead in the Democratic ecosystem.
We are currently operating as a remote workforce and have equipped our teams with the technology to stay connected to each other and our customers.
Our Product Managers combine a passion for discovery efforts, a desire to constantly engage with clients, leadership skills to drive change for our clients, quantitative skills to measure impact, and presentation skills to evangelize their visions. We progress beyond a myopic focus on “what to do today” towards “what we need to build for tomorrow.” The impact of our work empowers social good organizations, funding organizations, social change nonprofits, and political candidates whose goals are to help those who need it most, and our products must live up to those critical customer missions every day.
The Product Manager role will be responsible for developing critical online fundraising and engagement capabilities. Organizations and campaigns, big and small, must be able to quickly and effectively adopt best-in-class solutions that will ensure their teams can succeed at running optimized, targeted, multi-channel digital campaigns that drive results and increase fundraising and engagement. This position carries a great deal of influence by building and fostering trust among team members, clients, and stakeholders. Understanding our clients’ perspectives, goals, and processes to determine how our software can empower them will be critical to their success and ours.
