Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Oversee the engineering of our software-as-service product
  • Helping our teams prioritize and roadmap our technology migration
  • Helping our teams innovate and safely push our stack forward
  • Manage multiple Scrum teams of software engineers
  • Help our engineers and less experienced managers grow
  • Work extensively with our product team to make sure we are making the best decisions for the company
  • Grow our organization through active recruiting of new talent
  • Ensure we are continuously improving
What We're Looking For

We don't require that you have experience with all of this, but it is directly relevant to the role.
  • Minimum 2 years experience managing teams (inclusive of individual contributors and managers) 
  • Experience managing a team as a software-as-service/SaaS company 
  • Experience growing engineering organizations
  • Experience managing technology transformation
  • Experience managing more than one team at a time
  • Experience working in product-focused companies
  • Experience solving web-scale problems
