Responsibilities & Requirements

Partner Success and Account Manager, Case Management 

 

Overview 

Reporting to the Director of Partnerships, Case Management, the Partner Success/Account Manager will own the day-to-day processes that keep a burgeoning partner network (Implementation, ISV, Strategic) aligned to Bonterra’s goals for long-term growth.  We’re looking for a detail-oriented, tactically driven person who will support the daily operations of our partner network with precision and efficiency.  You will have direct, daily contact with our partners’ project staff and leadership to ensure that projects, timecards, and customer success goals are being met, along with supporting the technical, project management and systems needs of a partner ecosystem. 

 

Experience in small service business contexts is an absolute add to this role in order to inform your perspectives and judgement regarding the context of our business partners. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves nonprofits, has experience in business partnership/project management, and enjoys digging in to make systems work better.

 

Hours: This is a full-time remote, benefits-eligible position at 32 hours/week with accommodation for individuals who require some flexibility during standard daytime working hours (United States). What You’ll Do 

  • Alignment: Ensure business partner projects, as assigned, are being successfully handed off, managed, and returned to Bonterra while surfacing issues of technical, management, and staffing concern for escalation.
  • Reporting: Track actions related to partner ecosystem growth activities, ranging from marketing to technical enablement, and help shape systems of capturing and ensuring internal and external alignment.
  • Reporting: Work directly with partner operations, finance, and key internal departments to ensure partner-related reporting, information, and metrics are accurately exchanged and represented.
  • Reporting: Track partner-related KPIs internally and externally, and create systems for partner data and information capture.
  • Documentation: Support partner ecosystem growth with documentation for internal and external audiences, process development, and spotting trends in data and systems to surface for greater action.
  • Communication: Support the Director of Partnerships in proactively engaging in communication and relationship cultivation of existing and new business partners.
  • Advising: Be a trusted advisor to the Director of Partnerships, capable of understanding when and how to escalate partner concerns, and balancing partner relationships with discernment. 

 

Requirements 

  • Strong attention to detail, systems, and tactical actions to refine them 
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills 
  • Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision 
  • Process refinement and/or project management experience 
  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience in business partnerships, account management and/or sales in the SaaS industry 
  • Familiarity with small business ownership, and the challenges faced by service business founders and leaders 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment, and hang with ambiguity 
  • Salesforce user/administrator experience with FinancialForce, Experience Cloud, and/or CPQ a plus, but training will be provided 
  • Nonprofit or Social Service industry a plus
