Responsibilities & Requirements


Main Responsibilities

  • Assist GiveGab partners with giving day events and strategies to meet project goals and increase giving day growth.
  • Work with customers to help them be more effective at fundraising and engaging supporters, resulting in increased donation volume through the platform
  • Researching and staying on top of fundraising and online engagement trends
  • Collaborate with Project Management team to ensure giving day content (webinars, on-demand trainings, etc) are inline with effective online fundraising strategies
  • Steward and strengthen meaningful client relationships making our partners happy and turning them into GiveGab Evangelists
  • Respond effectively to client needs and questions, both technical and non-technical
  • Lead strategic planning sessions with partners

 

Other Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional and engaging product demonstrations, in-person or through video meetings to customers
  • Create product documentation that will help clients achieve success while increasing accessibility and giving day ROI
  • Create and oversee and effective feedback cycle across multiple teams by curating customer feedback about the product and our value proposition, and provide that feedback regularly to GiveGab's teams to help continually improve the platform and our offerings
  • Collaborate with the Creative and Content Marketing team to produce valuable marketing and sales content related to GiveGab’s products and partner’s giving day success

 

Key Requirements

  • Bachelors, associates degree, and/or relevant experience
  • 5+ years experience of online fundraising experience; Giving Day experience is a significant plus
  • Demonstrated problem solving and technical skills
  • Unparalleled multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and become a subject matter expert for the product as well as understand high-level concepts and drill down to very specific details
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Positive, supportive, and welcoming attitude for all members of the team
  • Disciplined and organized with the ability to establish effective processes
  • Comfortable in a small, fast-paced, and high-growth start-up environment with a "grace-under-fire" personality when the pressure to deliver is high
