Responsibilities & Requirements

What You'll Do:

  • Technical liaison between sales, product, technology & onboarding teams to position success paths for enterprise life sciences prospects and customers for CyberGrants solutions.
  • Proactively scope the technical and business solution needed to address customer requirements.
  • Capture and share best practice knowledge among client base and peers around product offerings, solution architecture information, and updates in the life sciences industry
  • Consult regularly with clients, developing presentations, prototypes, and making recommendations to prove a solution's business value to enterprise customers.
  • Comfortable managing multiple concurrent opportunities and delivering on time

  • Leader - Ownership of and proactive development towards tasks and domain areas of focus

 

Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience in design, implementation or consulting experience in application development or web based SAAS products
  • Experience in technology/software sales, pre-sales, or consulting
  • Working knowledge of software development tools and methodologies.
  • Communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with executives, IT Management, and customers
  • Understanding of web standards and integration methodologies
  • Proven success working with Enterprise Level Clients, Life Sciences industry experience preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
