Bonterra is looking for an experienced Vice President, Training & Enablement as part of the Operations organization. This individual will build out our training & enablement strategy for our teams in the operations organization, our customers, and our partners. This leader will help support our rapidly evolving Operations organization by optimizing critical business processes and ensuring consistency in onboarding, training, and development, through effective onboarding, operations asset & tool creation & optimization. This requires collaboration with cross-functional departments and leveraging internal resources, systems, and partnerships. Additionally, this leader will ensure appropriate training programs are built & available to deliver for our customers & partners in all segments of our business. To be considered as a candidate, you must be a strong leader, extremely well organized, analytical, detailed-oriented, customer focused, quality minded and help champion the entire Operations organization. Significant experience leading a customer training and internal enablement team a must.
