Responsibilities & Requirements

What You'll Do:

  • Lead, assist, and collaborate on enterprise-wide corporate financial modeling including but not limited, recurring revenue model, services capacity model, net retention and ARR bridge model, CAC and LTV analysis
  • Assist in managing and refining of our Workday Adaptive financial planning and analysis tool
  • Create and assist with report building via Workday Adaptive or Excel including but not limited to business unit, segments, products, headcount, etc.
  • Assist in the creation of monthly and quarterly reporting for the executive leadership team providing insights on business performance and decision support
  • Work collaboratively with a diverse group of Financial Analysts and Senior Financial Analysts and peer Finance Managers to drive business initiatives and team priorities
  • Provide insight and feedback to team on processes and recommendations to best serve the company with a mindset of finance knowledge and integrity
  • Ability to learn and grow a career at the second largest and fastest growing social good software company in the world

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in a business-related field (Finance or Accounting preferred)
  • Minimum of 5-7 years related experience; 2-3 years SaaS experience preferred
  • Requires knowledge of corporate finance terms and concepts, as well as accounting principles
  • Ability to problem-solve, both independently and working as a team
  • Ability and desire to build financial models for a PE-backed SaaS company
  • Strong Excel skills, including specific knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Broad experience with other software and financial systems is desired such as Workday Adaptive or other financial planning tools, Salesforce, Concur, Intaact or other accounting systems
  • Requires strong analytical and quantitative skills, strong work ethic, and adaptable to change
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous communication to internal stakeholders
  • Ability to effectively present information, both written and verbal, effectively with partners ranging from staff level to company executives
  • Desire to work in a social good company a plus
